Performance Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the success of our diverse range of projects.
Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies:
- Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including but not limited to, paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze key metrics to identify trends, track campaign performance, and optimize ROI.
Utilize analytics tools to create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Paid Media Management:- Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and platform changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and development to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
Communicate campaign performance, challenges, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):- Identify areas of improvement in the customer journey and collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance website and landing page conversion rates.
Implement CRO best practices to improve user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
- Performance Marketing Skills:
Experience developing paid media strategies.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
Ability to measure the success of campaigns.- Significant management and leadership experience.
Extensive knowledge of a variety of Ad platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving techniques.
Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure.- Clear, confident communication abilities.
Effective time-management skills.

- Preferred qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in E-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other performance marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
