We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can generate qualified leads at the lowest CAC possible. This person is very skilled at analyzing data and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals.
This person is also tech-savvy, makes sound hypotheses, and uses data to reach conclusions. Their primary goal is to identify impactful variables around acquisition, retention, and monetization, and execute them.
They are process-oriented and know how to collect, source, read, and analyze data. They are also highly entrepreneurial, curious, always learning, an effective communicator, and comfortable experimenting with new strategies and techniques. This person knows how to bring different stakeholders around the growth strategy.
It's important to note that the Performance Marketing Executive typically has a strong command of two to four different marketing channels . They are a gritty go-getter who has actually executed growth strategies before and can do it again.
Overall, this person must be a self-starter who can come up with creative ways to achieve targets and not wait to be told what to do.
Primary Responsibilities:
User Acquisition & Data Analysis
Marketing & Branding Strategy Campaign Execution & Funnel Management (end-to-end) Running & Monitoring Experiments In-office is a must (Chennai)
Needs to have marketed to the TG before (Tier 1, English-speaking parents)
Strong command of Google and Facebook Ads
Proficiency in Google Sheets.
Proven marketing campaign experience.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
