Job Title: Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, CAC, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that align with campaign objectives.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.- Monitor and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other marketing analytics platforms to track and measure campaign success.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
