Performance Marketing Executive INDORE (ONSITE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Meta Ads Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and more. As a Meta Ads Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients business growth through strategic ad placements and data-driven optimization.

• Responsibilities and Duties

Plan, develop, and execute effective Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.

• Analyze and optimize ad performance to achieve client goals and maximize ROI.

Conduct thorough audience research to refine targeting and reach the right demographics.

• Monitor ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce engaging ad creatives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Meta advertising.

• Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement the most effective ad strategies.

Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

• Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Meta ads, including Facebook and Instagram.

• Proven track record of successful ad campaigns and measurable results.

In-depth understanding of Meta Ads Manager and related tools.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience with other digital advertising platforms is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
