Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION -

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum ROI. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, a passion for data-driven strategies, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide detailed reports to clients and internal teams. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach the right audience with the right message.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to update them on campaign progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: 10,
  • 00 - 20,000.00 per month
