Develop and Implement Strategies:
- Create, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive online traffic and sales, improve conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.
Campaign Management:
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing messages.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving campaign performance and achieving business objectives.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Monitor spending and adjust campaigns based on performance and budget constraints.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance organic search performance and integrate SEO strategies into paid campaigns.
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
