Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google and Meta platforms to drive app installs, managing CPI, CPD, and CPV metrics.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve the best market benchmarks, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Create and implement market strategies specifically for sports brands, identifying opportunities and addressing loopholes to enhance performance.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, creative, and analytics to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective marketing tactics and strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and app install optimization.
- Provide regular performance reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing Google and Meta app install campaigns.

- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing market strategies for sports brands, with a focus on identifying and addressing strategic loopholes.
