Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary Range: 15,000 20,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Executive with
0-6 months to 1 year of experience in running and managing
Google Ads and
Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will initially coordinate with an external agency and simultaneously work on running campaigns in-house. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow in digital advertising and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the agency managing the company's digital marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor ad performance and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Create ad creatives, content briefs, and campaign strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure a good return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly on Google and Meta platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any field (specialization in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus).
- Experience: 0-6 months to 1 year in performance marketing or digital advertising (internship experience is acceptable).
- Skills:
- Knowledge of running and managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Basic understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Preferred: Candidates with certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint will have an added advantage.
