Location: - Hybrid Gurugram
- Manage Facebook and Google ads, and ensure a smooth running process.
- Drive performance marketing objectives for the various websites through effective campaign planning, execution and optimization.
- Plan and implement paid ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google to drive sales for E-commerce websites.
- Coordinate with the clients, and their design and content team to create effective creatives and communications for the campaigns, that drive results.
- Own, measure and improve KPIs like ROAS, CAC, CPL, etc.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving mind.
- Big on learning. Self-motivated, with attention to detail.
- Desire to work in a creative, growing, fast-paced startup environment.
- Good with numbers and analytical in approach and can take data-driven decisions.
