About the role: Paytm is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads and media buying channels. The successful candidate will also work closely with various internal teams, such as the creative, finance, and tech teams, to ensure successful campaign execution.
About the role:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other emerging channels (depending on budget and strategy).
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).Lead a team of digital marketing specialists (if applicable) and delegate tasks effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, product, tech) to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency.
Analyze campaign performance data using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer) to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and generate insights for future strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners and vendors.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new tools and strategies for implementation.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and demonstrate results to stakeholders.
Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Expectations/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including Affiliate, SEM, social media marketing, etc.
In-depth experience with campaign management platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer).Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team (if applicable).Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
