Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Intern

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Work Mode: Work from Office

Work Timing:- 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Experience Level: Minimum 1 year

Alternate Saturday-Off and other Saturday Work from Home

- Candidates are required to bring their own laptop to the office.

Role Description

Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy

Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM)

Create and manage Facebook and Instagram Ads (Social media advertising)

Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)

Manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners

Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy

Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns

Develops engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts that enlighten

audiences and promote brand-focused messages

Coordinates social media messaging with SEM team, Graphic designers, Video Editors, and Servicing

team, etc. to ensure the client's and the company's digital presence.

Audits and analyzes social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns

Analyzes social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy

and areas for social media campaign improvement

Create and maintain social media reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages

Monitors and generates reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

Making sure that no postings are missed.

Being proactive about new trends daily and aligning content.

Creating and maintaining content banks.

Being aware of the industry trends of the brand.

Research documents and social media strategy documents to be created and sent to the client every

month.

Suggest creative strategies based on your knowledge and research on current marketing trends and

competitive analysis.

Staying updated with digital trends and the industry.

Ensuring no mistakes are made on the client accounts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Certifications in performance marketing or digital marketing are a plus
