The company is also launching skincare that is high performance & deep indulgence.
The team at Belora have been working on R&D for the last two years, focusing on finding ingredients that follow strict European and Australian certifications for makeup - the highest standards in the world today. Belora is now the first MADE SAFE certified makeup brand across Europe and Asia. The team also has a BS (Bad Stuff) list of over 2000 harmful ingredients that they commit to never using.
Belora was founded in Feb 2019 by Ainara and Akaljyot. Ainara has held leadership roles with Myntra, Ameriprise Financial, Yes Bank and MSL Publicis. Akaljyot has over a decade of experience advising leaders on process eciencies and operational implementation. She has held key roles in organisations such as MetLife, Allstate and American Express.
Job Description
Should have 2-4 years of experience in a Performance Marketing mandate of a known consumer brand.
Should know how to scale a brand and should have managed large budgets previously in direct capacity.
Responsible for day-to-day performance marketing on all social media platforms & ecommerce channels.
Manage web analytics Implementation and analysis
Should be able to create and optimize campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bings Ads, Quora Ads, Ad roll and Perfect Audience.
