Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preference Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding consumer preferences and behaviors, and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Consumer Insights:

• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, behaviors, and trends.

• Analyze data from various sources to identify key insights and opportunities for the brand.

2. Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute preference-based marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.

• Create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segments and preferences.

3. Campaign Management:

• Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, etc.).

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and ROI.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to nurture and retain customers.

• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and preferences.

6. Content Creation:

• Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.

• Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s voice and messaging.

7. Performance Analysis:

• Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs.

• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and campaigns.

8. Budget Management:

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Monitor expenses and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer insights and preference-based marketing.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience in apparel industry.

• Advanced degree in Marketing or related field.

• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices.
