Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preference Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding consumer preferences and behaviors, and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consumer Insights:
⢠Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, behaviors, and trends.
⢠Analyze data from various sources to identify key insights and opportunities for the brand.
2. Strategy Development:
⢠Develop and execute preference-based marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
⢠Create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segments and preferences.
3. Campaign Management:
⢠Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, etc.).
⢠Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
4. Collaboration:
⢠Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
⢠Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
⢠Develop and implement CRM strategies to nurture and retain customers.
⢠Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and preferences.
6. Content Creation:
⢠Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
⢠Ensure all marketing materials align with the brandâs voice and messaging.
7. Performance Analysis:
⢠Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
⢠Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
8. Budget Management:
⢠Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
⢠Monitor expenses and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
⢠Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer insights and preference-based marketing.
⢠Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
⢠Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⢠Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
