Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Budget Management:
Allocate, monitor, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI across all performance marketing campaigns.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, deriving actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives to enhance campaign performance. Implement strategies based on data to continuously improve KPIs (CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, etc.).
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Use advanced targeting techniques to identify and engage potential customers, creating personalized experiences that lead to higher conversions.
SEO & SEM Collaboration:
Work closely with the SEO and content teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic efforts for consistent brand messaging and improved search rankings.
Retargeting Campaigns:
Develop and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage users who have interacted with the brand but havent yet converted.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
