Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, 3rd party networks, etc.
Take ownership of online campaigns and revenue.
Understanding of the ecosystem - Attribution, Tracking, and tuning various End-to-End
Funnel Metrics & Real-Time ROI measurements right from Traffic Metrics to conversion funnels.
Running experiments on paid digital channels to find incremental value of digital
marketing across user and customer cohorts.
Designing experiments to improve the overall contribution of digital marketing
towards business in a profitable manner.
Coordinate with the internal product, tech teams for timely execution of various digital
marketing tasks and initiatives.
Monitor and keep track of essential funnels and events in Marketing setup.
Responsible for campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization reporting.
Who will Qualify
1+ years of relevant experience especially in Google Ads. Experience with e-commerce
businesses will be an advantage.
Highly data-oriented approach towards planning and problem-
solving.
Self-motivated and willing to work in a startup environment
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data
Knowledge of Marketing analytics, Attribution, and Planning tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Appsflyer etc.)
Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels Google ads, Facebook Ads, etc. in managing the marketing budget at scale along with the business objectives KPIs like ROAS, CPI, CAC, LTV, etc.
Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
