Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in launching and managing our digital marketing initiatives. This is a part-time, hybrid role, ideal for someone with a strong track record in performance marketing who's ready to bring fresh ideas to a dynamic startup. You'll develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels to fuel brand growth and engagement.

What You'll Do:

- Set up and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

- Develop data-driven strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to maximize impact.

- Conduct A/B testing to identify effective creatives, messaging, and audience segments.

- Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad creatives that resonate with our audience.

- Generate weekly and monthly reports, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh.

What We're Looking For:

- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or D2C (skincare/beauty experience is a plus).

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics, budget management, and ROI tracking.

- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a hybrid setup.
