Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the brand's digital growth strategy to increase ROI.
- Proficient in market research and analysis.
- End-to-end media planning & execution on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Platforms and other social media channels (which includes running awareness, traffic, revenue generation campaigns)
- Analyzing data on ad spends, revenue, and user/customer behavior with the help of tools like Google Analytics.
- Should understand and plan for what kind of creatives and copies work for best conversions.
- Should've managed more than 4 lakhs budget on Google Ads and more than 4 lakhs budget on Facebook Ads; per month.
- Track all platforms and share assistance in their evaluation on a regular basis by generating reports for performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with D2C clients, acting as the point of contact for all account-related matters.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, techniques, and platforms.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics) for campaign analysis.
- Experience in managing and optimizing SEM.
- Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Creative mindset for compelling ad copy and creatives.
- Strong project management skills for handling multiple campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interaction.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
