Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at TFG Infotech in Delhi, India. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Tasks include analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Campaign Optimization skills
• Experience in managing SEM, Lead Generation, and social media campaigns
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• A/B testing and conversion rate optimization knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms are a plus
