Job Description

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Paid Media department, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of our performance marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop compelling marketing assets and landing pages.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Paid Media department.
  • Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
