Performance Marketer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at Spinta Digital in Chennai. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, conducting market research, and developing marketing strategies. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand engagement, increase conversions, and drive revenue growth.

• Digital Advertising, Performance Marketing, and Marketing Analytics skills
• Proficient in data analysis tools and platforms
• Experience with campaign optimization and A/B testing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms are a plus
