Job Summary:
We seek a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop Performance Marketing Strategies: Create and implement performance marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI and meet performance targets.
Optimization and Analysis:
- Monitor and Optimize Campaigns: Continuously monitor campaign performance, using A/B testing, targeting adjustments, and creative optimizations to improve outcomes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.
- Reporting and KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV). Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
- Customer Segmentation: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups with tailored messaging and offers.
- Remarketing: Create and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage users who have interacted with the brand but have not yet converted.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work with Creative Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Landing Page Optimization: Coordinate with web development teams to create and optimize landing pages that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Tools and Technology:
- Utilize Marketing Technologies: Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising.
