Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketer
  • Location: Kalyan-Dombivili, Thane, Mumbai
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • KPI Optimization: Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.
  • Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to generate regular performance reports, providing insights into key metrics, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to communicate results and suggest strategies for optimization.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring effective use of ad spending budgets and managing ROAS.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for increased traffic and improved targeting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to experiment with ad creatives, targeting options, and other variables to enhance campaign performance.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kalyan-Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
