Job Title: Performance Marketer
- Location: Kalyan-Dombivili, Thane, Mumbai
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- KPI Optimization: Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.
- Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to generate regular performance reports, providing insights into key metrics, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to communicate results and suggest strategies for optimization.
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring effective use of ad spending budgets and managing ROAS.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for increased traffic and improved targeting.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to experiment with ad creatives, targeting options, and other variables to enhance campaign performance.
- Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
