• Job Summary:

The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns to meet and exceed client success metrics. This role requires expertise in managing and executing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads, utilizing data-driven insights to deliver high ROI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, analytics tools, and the ability to align campaign strategies with client business goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Assist in the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads, ensuring campaigns are launched and managed effectively.

• Performance Optimization: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance results.

• Campaign Management: Take ownership of all aspects of campaign management, including planning, brainstorming, using third-party tools, and building comprehensive reports.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with these objectives and are delivering a strong ROI.

• Media Planning: Develop and execute monthly media plans for assigned clients, ensuring that campaigns are strategically aligned with long-term objectives.

• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate performance across various tools and channels within the scope of work, ensuring consistent progress towards campaign goals.

• Team Communication: Regularly update the team and management on project developments, timelines, and results, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

• Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads. Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and generate insights.

• Communication Skills: Strong understanding of campaign objectives and strategies, with the ability to present insights in reports and effectively communicate with clients, addressing their questions and concerns.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proactive Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate client needs and optimize campaigns accordingly.

• Team Collaboration: A team player who can work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
