Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to manage and optimize our clients PPC campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of search engine marketing (SEM) principles, including search engine optimization (SEO), and be adept at data analysis and reporting. Your primary objective will be to maximize the ROI of our client's online marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis to understand clients business models and objectives.
- Manage the setup, adjustments, monitoring, and reporting for META advertising campaigns.
- Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven ad campaigns on YouTube
- Oversee Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for both international and Indian clients.
- Handle various campaign types such as conversion, website clicks, website traffic, remarketing, and engagement.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to clients detailing campaign performance and insights.
- Prepare and submit daily working sheets to the manager.
- Perform daily optimization and maintenance of all Facebook and Instagram ad accounts.
- Opportunity to work on other PPC platforms like Google AdWords, Bing, and Amazon when required.
- Ensure proficiency in Google Ads, SEO and Meta Ads platforms (MUST).
- Utilize strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Data Studio, and Google Merchant Center.
- Craft compelling ad copy with a keen eye for detail.
- Understand and address the unique marketing challenges of D2C brands.
- Strategically drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and skills:
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Data Studio, and Google Merchant Center.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with D2C brands and their specific marketing needs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
