Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at My Air Deal. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. The Performance Marketer will also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and campaign optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to draw insights from analytics tools
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
