Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at My Air Deal. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. They will analyze data and analytics to optimize performance marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for growth. The Performance Marketer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and online advertising
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing platforms
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
