Profile: Post-performance Marketer
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage Facebook ad campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet client goals.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Utilize Facebook's audience targeting tools to reach the right demographics.
Conduct audience research to identify and segment target markets.
Create custom audiences and lookalike audiences to maximize ad effectiveness.
Design and develop ad creatives including images, videos, and copy.
Test different ad formats (carousel, video, collection, etc.) to determine the most effective approach.
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
Generate detailed reports on campaign metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively.
Optimize ad spend to achieve the best possible ROI.
Regularly communicate with Managing Directors to update them on campaign progress.
Present reports and insights to Managing Directors, and address any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with Managing Director to understand their business objectives and tailor campaigns accordingly.
Requirements
- 4 Years of Facebook Ads Experience
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager
- Comfortable with Ads Reporting & Analytics
- Understanding of Facebooks Ad Policies
- Ability to Create & Manage Campaigns
- Experience with A/B Testing & Optimization
- Knowledge of Targeting & Custom Audiences
- Proficiency in Ad Copy & Creative Development
- Experience with Facebook Pixel Implementation
- Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
