Job Purpose:
The Performance Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for architecting and deploying marketing strategies focused on sales acceleration and return on ad spend (ROAS) enhancement. The role demands a strategic thinker with a robust analytical acumen who can align campaigns with the company's financial goals and client visions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy performance marketing strategies to accelerate sales and enhance ROAS.
- Pilot and perfect paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Analyze keywords, audience specifications, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement.
- Design compelling ad copies and creatives, and optimize landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and apply optimization methodologies to refine campaign elements such as ad placements, formats, targeting, and bid management.
- Collaborate with in-house teams, including designers and copywriters, to ensure campaign coherence and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in advertising platforms, leveraging insights to improve campaign performance.
- Develop and present proposals to prospective clients, demonstrating potential business outcomes through actionable results.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand advertising goals, audience psychographics, and campaign plans.
- Manage ad initiatives from conceptualization and setup to execution and optimization.
- Conduct detailed keyword and competitor analyses to inform strategy adjustments.
- Monitor ad performance continuously, adjusting campaigns to optimize key metrics like CTR, conversion ratio, and ROAS.
- Iterate on ad creatives, headlines, and copy based on insights from performance data.
- Provide detailed reports and analyses on the impact of campaigns.
