- Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to drive the best outcomes.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across different channels to ensure maximum ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics and in-platform metrics to track campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing space and apply best practices to campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad platforms. Familiar with Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and CRM systems.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot issues in campaigns and make real-time adjustments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in campaign setup and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and conversion rate optimization.
