Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple Ad Platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio etc.) to manage and analyze campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and creatives.
- Plan, allocate and manage Paid marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the content, design teams to create compelling marketing assets and improve user experience.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns through Meta Ads and GoogleAds.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization techniques.
- Excellent understanding of various digital marketing channels and their respective metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Agency Experience will be an advantage.
