Responsibilities:
Develop go to market materials for performance management and report to support the organization's strategic and tactical business needs._
Lead and/or participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to performance management, and operations optimization, leveraging data-driven approaches to address specific business challenges or opportunities._
Create data and insight visualizations to effectively communicate complex information into simple and client ready assets._
Identify gaps and recommend ways to improve performance management overall experience and effectiveness._
Support and conduct employee and manager Performance Management trainings, office hours and informative activities._
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders._
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry Performance Management benchmarks and measures._
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience executing and supporting Annual Performance cycle activities and processes end-to-end in a large-scale global organization._
Excellent project management and change communications experience._
Experience in coaching, training, and developing employees in a high-performance culture.
Experience leading and supporting broad scale change initiatives that have global impact and complex expectations._
Demonstrating strong story telling skills with the ability to get into the weeds and synthesize information and data in a concise client ready deliverable.__
Strong relationship building skills and demonstrated track record of achieving success through partnering with others, informal networks/channels and working across teams._
Self-directed and motivated, demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and operate with speed.__
_Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity._
Experience in creative problem solving, change management, and eliminating barriers at various organizational levels._
