We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Management Specialist to design and implement our entire performance management system from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing performance reviews, 360 appraisals, one-on-one meetings, and defining Key Result Areas (KRAs) to drive employee development and organizational success.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Build and Implement Performance Systems:
Develop and implement comprehensive performance management frameworks, including performance reviews, appraisal systems, and feedback mechanisms.
- 360 Feedback Process: Design and manage 360 appraisal programs to ensure holistic evaluation from peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
- One-on-One Meetings: Establish a structured approach for regular one-on-one meetings between managers and employees to foster growth and continuous feedback.
- Define KRAs & KPIs: Collaborate with department heads to clearly define Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with company goals and objectives.
- Employee Development Plans: Create and monitor individual development plans, linking performance outcomes to career growth and development opportunities.
- Performance Review Cycles: Manage and execute annual, bi-annual, and quarterly performance review cycles, ensuring timely and constructive feedback across the organization.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data to identify trends, make recommendations for improvement, and support management in decision-making.
- Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on performance management tools and best practices to ensure smooth adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine the performance management process to meet evolving business needs and improve employee engagement and productivity. Key Skill:
- Experience in building performance management systems from scratch
- Proficiency in designing and managing 360 appraisals and feedback processes
- Strong ability to define KRAs and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Expertise in conducting performance reviews and one-on-one meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in performance management, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Proven experience in building performance management systems from scratch.
- Strong understanding of 360 feedback, appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. Good to have :
- Familiarity with HR software and performance management tools
- Certification in Performance Management or HR-related fields
- Experience in fast-paced startup or growing organizations
