:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer with expertise in Load Runner to ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with cloud-based platforms, event-driven applications, and performance monitoring tools.

As a Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading performance testing efforts, developing automation solutions, and mentoring junior engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and optimal performance under load.

• Key Responsibilities:

Performance Engineering: Lead performance testing efforts using Load Runner, JMeter, and other automation tools to ensure application stability under various loads.

• Cloud Platform Testing: Leverage 5+ years of performance engineering experience on SaaS applications deployed on AWS or Azure.

Event-Driven Application Testing: Use 3-4 years of experience with event-driven applications, particularly using Kafka or Tibco, to simulate real-world scenarios.

Container and Monitoring Tools: Work with container orchestration and monitoring tools such as Kubernetes, Grafana, and DataDog to track performance metrics.Java Development (Bonus): Utilize 1-2 years of Java development experience to optimize and enhance performance scripts.

• Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior performance engineers and testers, guiding them in best practices and performance engineering methodologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.

Reporting & Analysis: Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.

• Qualifications

:8-12 years of overall experience in Performance Engineering, with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

5+ years of experience in performance engineering for SaaS applications on AWS or Azure.3-4 years of experience with Kafka or Tibco for event-driven applications.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Grafana, or DataDog for monitoring and orchestration.

1-2 years of Java development experience is a plus.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Proficiency in Load Runner, JMeter, and Selenium.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 150,000.00 - 170,000.00 per month
