Experience
7-10 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure regarding performance engineering, design, and testing
Identify bottle-necks and tuning points, partnering close with Development team to characterize and improve application scalability and performance in software architectures
A broad knowledge of performance testing methodology and tools with an understanding of a wide variety of technologies and architectures
Ability to understand the architecture, underlying components propose performance tool for on premise and cloud solutions implemented.
Work with team on required metrics, identify current state and provide detailed reports.
Suggest best practices for Performance tuning.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
Mandatory Technical Skills
Hands on Performance testing on API's/ WebServices
Programming language
In depth knowledge of Performance testing tools and automation scripts.
Scrum
ADO
Cloud /On Premise Performance Testing
Other Mandatory Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, projects-based team environment
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment
Ability to interact effectively with people at every level of the organization
Ability to work across scrum teams and articulate issue at hand.
A strong experience with monitoring, profiling and diagnostics tools such as Appdynamics, Dynatrace (beneficial)
Working knowledge of Databases and tuning Oracle, SQL Server (beneficial)
Experience of test management and defect tracking tools (beneficial)
