Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Performance Based Lead Generation Intern at Onelab Ventures. we're at the forefront of driving innovation and business growth. What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients for OneLab Ventures.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research and analyze prospects to understand their needs and potential alignment with OneLab's offerings.
- Scheduling Meetings: Arrange meetings with potential clients and ensure seamless communication.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain records of outreach efforts, responses, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proactive and self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and excel.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Stipend & Incentives:
- 1st Month: No fixed stipend, but 250 per successful meeting as an incentive.
- Post 1st Month: Performance evaluation will determine a fixed stipend of 2,500 plus continued incentives of 250 per meeting.
