Job responsibilities;

Job Title: Performance Analytics Manager

Location: Remote

You will be successful if you have:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of account-based sales and marketing practices
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce, Pardot), and web analytics tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience working remotely and across cultures, doing business globally.

Team youll be working with;

The ABSM Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing Account Based Sales and Marketing (ABSM) strategies through data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. By analyzing key performance indicators, this role aims to enhance campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making. The primary purpose is to align marketing efforts with organizational goals, maximize ROI and contribute to the overall success of the company. By providing actionable insights, the Performance Analytics Manager helps optimize ABSM tactics to drive meaningful outcomes and enhance the overall marketing strategy, ensuring that marketing decisions are grounded in accurate and actionable data, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing function.
