As a Performance Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in helping Fluence deliver operational data analysis and reporting to show individual and fleet-wide energy storage asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Performance Analysts working on Fluence Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Collaborate with global stakeholders at Fluence to deliver high-quality and on-time Performance Analysis insights, contractual reports, and operational performance dashboards.
Drive, through the team of Performance Analysts, high quality analysis of the operational performance of the worldwide fleet of Fluence BESS.
Drive a high-performance work culture amongst the team of Performance Analysts, with laser sharp focus on quality and on-time delivery of performance reports to internal and external customers.
Drive a culture of continual improvement in the Performance Analysis team. Proactively identify process efficiency improvements, including process refinement, documentation, automation, and coordination with other functions at Fluence.
Design, implement and maintain reports (tools, performance dashboards, and presentations) for customers and internal stakeholders to receive consistent updates, integrating intelligence based on analytical findings or liaising with subject matter experts.
Collaborate, through special projects, with other departments at Fluence to further develop company s data infrastructure, including transformation of operational data and providing input for implementing scalable data management methods.
What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence
8+ years of working experience in performance analysis/reliability/service engineering of energy assets (renewable power, conventional power, oil gas)
3+ years of people management experience, leading a team of 5+ Performance/Data Analysts.
Expert level knowledge and practical experience on Python and Data Analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Incorta, Tableau.
Extensive experience on data transformation, data management and ETL processes.
Extensive experience documenting business and system requirements, processes and workflows.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking skills, creative/innovative thinking.
