Roles and responsibilities
Making Outbound and Inbound Calls
Present and promote company products or services to prospective customers over the
phone with clarity and enthusiasm.
Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and facilitate
the progression of prospects through the sales funnel.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, quotas, and Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) set by the management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the
CRM software or designated database.
Making almost 80 to 100 calls and emails per day.
Provide regular feedback to the supervisor regarding customer responses, market trends,
and opportunities for improvement.
Require demonstrated skills in MS Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
