EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.

* 7 years of applicable work experience required; 5 years applicable

experience in a Healthcare setting preferred. Preferred technical experience

includes strong knowledge of state-of-the-art software engineering

approaches in design, build, test, debugging problems, and ongoing technical

support, and ability to articulate examples of workflows and processes

associated with that experience.

* Expertise with Oracle Peoplesoft v9.x HR and/or Finance/Supply

chain application modules

* Expertise with Oracle Peoplesoft PeopleTools 8.5x

* Demonstrated experience with Application Designer, Peoplecode,

Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Integration Broker and XML

Publisher

* Demonstrated experience with PS Query, SQL

* Peoplesoft application performance tuning and SQL tuning

experience preferred

* Experience with at least two (2) major Peoplesoft implementations

and/or upgrades

*Previous supervisory experience preferred.

* Proven ability to peer review functional and technical tasks

* Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving

environment.

* Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

* Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

* Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.

* Experience/exposure to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
