Job Description

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline is highly preferred.

2. Professional Certifications:

  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR will be an added advantage.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Spine, payroll software).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience:

1. Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources and administration roles.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management.

2. Leadership Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within HR & Admin.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

3. Strategic HR Management:

  • Experience in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and implementing HR initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Strong background in developing and executing HR policies and programs.

4. Industry Experience:

  • Prior experience in the [specific industry or sector] will be beneficial.

5. Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

KRA:

1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with organizational goals and culture.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Promote open communication between management and employees.

3. Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
  • Set performance standards and ensure regular feedback mechanisms are in place.

4. Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs.
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation structures.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.

6. Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.

7. HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR activities and performance indicators.
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.

8. Administrative Management:

  • Oversee office management and administrative functions.
  • Ensure efficient facility management and maintenance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for administrative needs.

9. Strategic HR Planning:

  • Align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Contribute to organizational planning and development initiatives.
  • Implement HR initiatives that support business growth and development.

10. Health, Safety, and Well-being:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies.
  • Promote workplace wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
