Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design Workday integrations tailored to the organization's needs.
  • nAssist in the configuration and implementation of Various Workday modules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • nDevelop and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems, utilizing Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and other tools as needed.
  • nTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, working closely with stakeholders and vendors to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • nConduct regular testing of integrations to ensure data integrity and system reliability, performing necessary adjustments and enhancements as required.
  • nStay updated on Workday releases and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements and optimizations to streamline HR operations.

nQualifications
  • nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • nExperience in building the integrations for HR, US Benefits, Payroll(Global) and Finance and IT tools.
  • n4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) with a focus on integration development and/or configuration.
  • nStrong understanding of Workday data model, business processes, and security concepts.
  • nProficiency in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
  • nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively.
  • nWorkday certification(s) in Integration, Report Writing + any other module.
  • nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail.

nPreferred Qualifications
  • nFunctional experience with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) suite - Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Absence Management, Recruiting, Performance Management
  • nExperience with Workday technologies - Web Service Application Program Interface (APIs), Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Report Writer, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, XSLT
  • nExperience in Workday implementation, AMS or Support projects
  • nDevelop, review, and update system documents for integrations.
  • nWorkday Adaptive Planning knowledge is plus
