Job Description
As a People Solutions Analyst - ServiceNow HRSD you will be responsible for provides continuous functional and technical support in the development, implementation, support, and coordination of the people solutions that drive our business.
Reporting to the Head of Global People Solutions you will be part of the People Solutions Team, who strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive people experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our aim is to develop efficient and simple people processes, and systems maximising our use of technology.
This role is key to ensuring the optimum performance of our ServiceNow HRSD solutions, gathering & analysing data and making recommendations based on trends and metrics. This role requires a keen eye for detail as well as the ability and appetite to problem-solve.
What You Will Do
- Tests and troubleshoots functional issues as they arise; and implements changes necessary to achieve successful resolution of functional issues. Works closely with the Technology team and/or product owners to resolve any issues or challenges.
- Supports requirements definition, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of assigned people solutions.
- Partners with product owners and Technology on all upgrades, enhancements, and implementations to ensure testing and documentation are completed and signed-off. And technology knowledge is always kept up to date.
- Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned people solutions and subject matter expert around ensuring data integrity, full business requirements and analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience working with ServiceNow HRSD Functionality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to learn and apply new functionality quickly
