- Timely Hiring: Lead the full recruitment cycle, ensuring each role is filled promptly to meet our team's evolving needs.
- Performance Management System: Develop, implement, and enhance performance management processes to support employee growth and organizational success.
- Compliance & Payroll Management: Ensure all HR policies comply with legal requirements and handle payroll processes with accuracy.
- Culture & Ethics Advocacy: Uphold and communicate Because's core values, creating a positive work environment and reinforcing our commitment to culture and ethics.
- HR Visibility and Engagement: Elevate HR's role in the organization, fostering transparency and ensuring HR is a resource for growth, communication, and employee support.
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute engaging activities and initiatives that enhance team bonding, motivation, and overall workplace satisfaction.
What it takes to thrive at Because:
- HR Expertise: You have 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a background in employee engagement, hiring, and HR operations.
- Proactive and Enthusiastic: Bring a positive attitude to employee interactions and team events. You love creating an energetic and supportive workplace.
- Organized & Reliable: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on a variety of HR responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Strong Communication Skills: You excel in both verbal and written communication, fostering transparency and open dialogue across the team.
- Adaptable & Empathetic: You can understand and respond to diverse employee needs while balancing organizational goals.
