- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
HR Systems and Processes:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR technology systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).
- Ensure global compliance and data integrity within HR systems.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
Culture Champion:
- Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Act as a role model and advocate for company values and culture.
- Organize and lead activities that enhance employee engagement and team building.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high EQ and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of global labor laws and HR best practices.
- Data driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a global company is a plus.
