We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Operations Generalist to join our HR team in a global, fast-paced, and high-growth company. This role is essential for developing and managing our compensation programs, driving talent development, and overseeing HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. A high degree of emotional intelligence (EQ) and a versatile generalist skill set are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Management:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Administer annual salary reviews and incentive programs.
Talent Development
- Create and execute talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Coordinate leadership and technical training initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning.
Strategic HR Partnership
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support.
- Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
HR Systems And Processes
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR technology systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).
- Ensure global compliance and data integrity within HR systems.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
Culture Champion
- Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Act as a role model and advocate for company values and culture.
- Organize and lead activities that enhance employee engagement and team building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high EQ and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of global labor laws and HR best practices.
- Data driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a global company is a plus.
