About the Role:

We are looking for a highly collaborative, execution-focused person who will dig deep into how to support our growth on multiple fronts - culture, talent, leadership practices, organizational health, employee programs, among others. The People function plays a central role in this transition. An ideal candidate for the role will be multifaceted and have a combination of leadership, interpersonal, and strategic skills. Empower People Strategy : Partnering with leaders to drive our people agenda

Talent Acquisition : Build Our Future Team - Attract and hire top talent ensuring we have the right skills to achieve our goals

Talent Management : Cultivate and Empower -Implement robust talent review processes and establish clear succession plans for critical positions.

People Manager Development : Unleash Leadership Potential - Foster a culture of continuous learning through key development activities and online resources to equip managers to effectively lead and develop their teams

Trusted partner : Build strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees, becoming a trusted resource that drives positive change and success for the organization.

Turn insights into action : Proactively assess development needs, translate them into actionable recommendations, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.

Highlighting conflict resolution: Foster a harmonious work environment by resolving employee relations issues and conducting thorough investigations with fair and effective solutions while complying with local labour laws and company policies.

Requirements for the role:

4+ years of experience in People experience

Demonstrated competence in various PE functional areas: coaching, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and program management

Ability to effectively flex between strategy and tactics; you can zoom out to see the big picture then execute locally

Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You maintain a people centric and roll up your sleeves and solutions-oriented mindset and work style.

Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion; maintain confidentiality

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
