Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 7 years of experience in people operations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Experience in benefits programs and relevant process and system design for program implementation.
- Experience developing and maintaining reliable process documentation.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a process designer for our hire to retire portfolio of activities and projects.
- Design process and program improvements to address business needs and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Design and plan the roll-out of service changes.
- Develop subject matter expertise on the global operations within a variety of service areas, to facilitate meaningful and effective partner discussions.
- Work closely with regional delivery teams to develop and maintain resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials and knowledge management with a consideration for global needs.
- Advise partners on risks, dependencies, timing, or technology considerations supporting a multi-year service roadmap.
