P&C Business Partner (P&C BP) reports to the Head of P&C Functions & Markets. In this newly established team, you will be one out of four P&C BPs working together with P&C Market Managers. You are the go-to-person, the partner, to an agreed number of functions across the bank. Together with the functional management teams, you are a responsible contributor to the people & business agenda.
Our Ikano Bank functions are Commercial B2C, Commercial B2B, Finance, Digital, Risk, Credit, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and People & Communications.
As P&C BP, you have a critical role in the implementation of our people strategy and execution of the P&C business plan in the assigned functions. You lead the work of setting and implementing relevant people goals, including follow up on FTE, budget, and forecasting, together with the line managers.
Through a strong leadership you coach, challenge and support the functions linked to topics such as e.g., recruitment, competence development, organizational development, performance management, succession planning etc.
To be successful you will work closely together with your colleagues within P&C Markets & Functions but also within the bigger P&C community.
With your input and feedback to the Centers of Expertise you contribute to relevant content is developed when it comes to concepts, approaches, tools and systems.
Main Responsibilities Are
- Build strong relationships with and pro-actively challenge and support the managers regarding all P&C matters on a strategic, tactical and operational level
- Together with line managers drive the people agenda, e.g., competence development, recruitment, succession planning, mapping competence needs, Puls etc
- Work closely with P&C Market Managers to safeguard e.g., work environment, labor law, and to make sure we follow local policies, legislation and collective agreements in the relevant markets
- Work closely with our managers to analyze organizational needs and proactively suggest organizational changes within business unit when needed. Focus on identifying and driving change from a people and organization-perspective
- Be an ambassador for Ikano Bank culture, values, and leadership skills, including awareness of EDI - Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Contribute to bank wide P&C deliveries, tasks or projects

As P&C Business Partner, we believe you are experienced within the field of P&C, and preferably work experience as HR/P&C Manager or P&C Business Partner for 5-10 years. You have a background working in an international environment supporting multiple sites in different countries. You have proven ability to understand our business priorities and to capably handle high volume multiple priorities at once.
Furthermore, we believe you are an authentic leader with strong communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships across all functions and levels in the organization. A pro-active approach and experience from working with companies in change or transition are also success factors for this position. Our company language is English and therefore we are looking for someone who is completely fluent in verbal and written English.
