We are seeking a skilled Pension Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in the job market context of India with a strong understanding of pension plans and their administration. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process pension applications and claims in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Calculate pension benefits and provide accurate information to plan participants
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pension plan members
• Respond to inquiries from plan participants, employers, and regulatory agencies
• Prepare reports on pension plan activity and provide recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to pension plan administration

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-8 years of experience in pension plan administration
• Strong knowledge of pension plan rules and regulations in India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in pension plan administration is a plus
