Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer with experience in Calypso, to work on integrating Pega applications with Calypso for seamless financial services and trading operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega development, Calypso knowledge, and an understanding of financial markets and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pega Development: Design, develop, and implement Pega applications and solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Calypso Integration: Work on integrating Pega with Calypso to streamline financial operations and support trading activities.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, converting them into technical specifications and Pega workflows.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes using Pega and Calypso functionalities.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Pega and Calypso systems to meet specific business needs.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and process flows.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide support and maintenance for Pega and Calypso solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pega Expertise:
- Strong experience in Pega PRPC (7.x/8.x) application development.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in Pega frameworks such as Customer Service or Decisioning is a plus.
- Calypso Experience:
- Knowledge of Calypso trading platform, including front office, back office, and risk management modules.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Calypso systems.
